Membership of OSCRE is available at Executive, Associate and Small Business levels.

Once you have selected the right Membership level for your organisation, simply complete the on line form and submit.

There is a fixed fee for annual calendar year membership. The first year’s fee is based on the time of joining and is invoiced upon receipt of the completed application form.

 

Executive Level Membership £10,000 +VAT $20,000 USD €11,190	Our Executive Members are leaders and visionaries in the real estate industry, dedicated to the increased use of standards to bring value to their businesses. This is the highest tier of Memberships and as such gives strategic influence over the direction of OSCRE.
Associate Level Membership £2,500 +VAT $6,000 USD €2,800	Our Associate Members provide a valuable contribution to the standards development effort and are committed to the use of standards in their businesses. Associate Members have full participation and voting rights in all Workgroups.
Small Business Members £1,000 +VAT $2,500 USD €1,150	Our Small Business Members provide a valuable contribution to the standards development effort and are committed to the use of standards in their businesses. This category is a reduced rate Associate Membership only available to businesses with fewer than 10 employees.
