Scope: This Standard addresses the information exchanges between the parties involved in the Facilities Management Work Request & Work Order Fulfilment process.

The process involves individual requests for services and associated fulfilment of requested actions, which are typically managed using work orders. The work is assumed to involve pre-negotiated and/or fixed-prices contracts, which do not require a negotiation phase and additional reporting requirements.
