Scope: The Commercial Property Information Exchange Standard supports exchanges of property, lease and tenant information between property owners. It is intended to reduce the impact a sale/purchase of a property has on portfolio management - both from a physical and financial perspective.

The Standard will essentially eliminate labor-intensive and error-prone manual transcription methods enabling more accuracy and rapid start-up of Portfolio and Property Management operations; esp. revenue flow.
