Scope: The Lease Abstract Exchange Standard supports the exchange of core lease abstract data within a North American context.

Version 2.0 of the Standard extends the LSAB specifications to support abstracting of so called ‘Green Leases’.  Green Leases enhance environmental and sustainability aspects of typical operating and reporting requirements to reduce environmental and associated financial impacts in leased properties. Lease abstracts summarize a lease contract for use in, for example, inventory, facility and property management, accounting and valuation.

This page contains links to OSCRE Lease Abstract Standard v2.0 documents for public use.  At this time, the Standard is available for implementation and associated compliance certification.  Requests for Change may be submitted and will be considered for inclusion in future vesions.
