This page contains documents relating to the service release version 1.6.1 made in September 2004. This version has been superseded.
You will need to register with the website and obtain a user name and password before you can download the standards documents.
Note: Due to features of the Microsoft Internet Explorer, if you are using this browser (or in some cases even if you are using another browser but have Internet Explorer installed on your machine) you will need to right-click on the .dtd link and select Save Target As... rather than simply left-clicking it as you can with the other links on this website. You will then need to re-enter the correct file name of .dtd. This problem does not occur in earlier versions of Internet Explorer or in other browsers.
