Scope: The scope is to define the data exchange requirements of two processes - the remortgage transaction, and the property purchase that is the subject of a mortgage from a lender to a conveyancer. The standard covers the information exchanges between lender and conveyancer required to facilitate completion of the conveyancing element of the remortgage transaction.
