Our Current Interest Groups and Workgroups
OSCRE uses Interest Groups and Workgroups to, first, identify high-value interoperability issues and, second, to develop Standards which alleviate these issues.  On this page is a list of OSCRE’s Interest Groups and Workgroups with descriptions and links to additional information -  including how you may contribute to and/or join an Interest Group, become a Member and participate in Workgroups setting real estate industry interoperability standards.

Interest Groups - OSCRE welcomes input from anyone in the real estate community having knowledge of situations where greater interoperability might be beneficial. Interest Groups are where ideas having the greatest potential are developed and resources are confirmed.  Contributions and participation are open to both Members and Non-members.

Workgroups – With the approval of Executive Membership, OSCRE member organizations form Workgroups to develop, publish, and manage real estate interoperability Standards.  Each Workgroup consists of experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated participants who determine the requirements and content of the standard as well as lead the industry through implementation activities.
